Not resolved

I had a Technician by the name Brandon. He refused to update the address on my account so natural gas could get the issue resolved before the end of the shift.

I was told to hangup and call back that he didn't transfer call and that was a issue for someone else to handle. He discounted the call and I had to call back and wait another 15 minutes before I got someone.

It only took her 10 minutes to resolve the issue from which he could have handled it. She also placed me on hold to make sure she could get the result escalated so natural gas could send someone back out to turn services back on due to disconnect cause address was not correct in the system.

Reason of review: Life.
