Lost my account destroyah_jarvis to a scammer cause my Gmail got compromised. But Steam support ended up mistaking the new account for the compromised account instead.

To make matters worse There seemed to a duplicate account stolen out there that's preventing me from telling steam support which of my actual accounts was stolen.

I wish I could just see Melvin in trailmakers again. I miss the big goofy chirpo :C

Same as google. My life was hacked and nothing seems to go through.

No one can seem to help me no matter how much I call or email or try to send support tickets as nothing will go through. I just want someone to help me get my accounts back.

I purchased a $50 Steam gift card, and it failed to load, and there's no one you can talk to to solve this issue. This is very stressful.

I'm trying to get reimbursed with another card, and I could give you all the numbers to the receipts and the card to show you. The funds are on there, so I can get another card; that way, I can get the code for my wallet.

I purchased a $50 gift card for my son, invoice #439797****0970****. I received an emailed receipt.

However, my son has not received notification of the gift card to either his email or his Steam account.

My credit card has been charged. This must be resolved by COB Thursday, 1/22/26, or I will contact the Better Business Bureau.

I purchased a steam card at Walgreens, and the silver scratch-off was hard to come off, and it is not showing the barcode on it.

I bought 15 20-dollar gift cards. When they were input in the system, 6 of them got rejected.

Now, my problem is that I have been trying to get in touch with customer service, and that has been a maze of redirected instructions. The fact is I haven't been able to get directly in touch with them. It's like the system is designed for them to avoid confrontation with customers.

But when I paid with my money, they didn't complain a bit. I encourage people to avoid buying Steam products.

I went to Dollar General on 93rd and Kinsman and bought three steam cards, and when I got home and scratched them, they were denied. The people told me they were already used, so now I am out of $60. My recommendation to the highest is don’t buy.

I purchased 6 stem cards at 50 dollars a piece. Two cards out of the 6 said invalid when I tried to use them. I sent pictures of the front and back, plus a copy of the receipt where I paid for them.
