My game wont start

User's recommendation: No company should willingly sell something they know not everyone can play without adding a disclaimer on the order page , it's not enough to simply put games up for sale just to collect profit when inability to play affects profit regardless. Just the same Blizzard shouldnt be so lazy in terms of optimization. In a game where you battle *** , literally , what sense does it make to exercise sloth ? End of the day , bought a game on STEAM I proved I can't play and I want my money back. Ive been waiting days for a response and still nothing. So I am sending this one ! I am a long time STEAM consumer and VALVE fan and deserve better !

Jetzt ist plötzlich ein Account Namens macke128**** mit meiner E- Mail verknüpft!
Ich habe es bereits über den gewöhnlichen Support versucht.
Erst wurden Screenshots gefordert, dann plötzlich werden Screenshots akzeptiert. Um mir eventuelle Rechtliche Schritte zu ersparen versuche ich es auf diesen Weg!
Ich habe jetzt hier Screenshots sowie pdf Dateien eingefügt aus denen hervorgeht, das der Account macke280788 mir gehört!
