It's called "Steam" for a reason seeing that the website makes you steamed when trying to request a refund. Purchased a game that was on "sale" and requested a refund the same day, stating that the game runs terrible and so forth.
They emailed me back claiming that they were unable to refund it!
Even when I told them (more than once) why I needed to refund the game. They offer no customer service number nor email, instead they send you a dam automated email with tons of bullsiht on why they can't refund it!
It's a shame that Onlive went under a few years ago since it provided a better service.
